Meet Ariel Roach, the Managing Partner at Excel Promotions. Ariel started her career with us two years ago and has a very bright future ahead.

It’s tough to put into words Ariel’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring her on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for her efforts. Ariel has quite the reputation amongst employees who know her as well as among our clients.

We consider Ariel one of our most loyal managing partners who consistently goes above and beyond. In the course of her work, she makes sure that she represents both the owner and the company well. Her focus is on consistently achieving excellence in sales, in the office, through training, road trips, and even outside the workplace.

What’s more, is that Ariel always makes sure to care for other co-workers by treating them like family and as if they were her own employees. She is always super sharp and ensures that the standards are maintained consistently on a daily basis in our organization by providing brand new employees with the best training they could possibly receive.
